Benefits & Discounted pricing
- Outpatient Department (OPD): 15% discount on doctor consultation
- Preventive Health Check-up: 15% discount on standard packages
- Outpatient Diagnostics: 15% discount on in-house investigations (excluding outsourced services)
- Inpatient Department (IPD): 10% discount on cash payments (excluding drugs, consumables, implants, and packages).
How to Avail the Fortis Healthcare services
- Required Documents:
- Self: ICAI Membership Card
- Dependents: ICAI Membership card+ government-issued ID (PAN, Passport, Election ID, etc.)
- Payment: IPD services discount applicable only on cash payments.
